FEMA Target Capabilities to Core Capabilities Crosswalk

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has translated the original Target Capabilities List to the Core Capabilities (September 2011).  FEMA's release of the Core Capabilities focuses more on terrorism than the original list but provides a standardized framework for all public and private sector entities to use in establishing or refining their preparedness efforts..  The Crosswalk referenced here may provide a mechanism to make the transition smoother.
